SBC 2Wire, NetGear Wireless Router, and Citrix

I have a client that cannot access our Citrix server from home over her
Wireless connection. She has an SBC 2Wire Home Portal connected to a NetGear
wireless router. She can access the Internet. She cannot access Citrix
server through the NetGear router... unless she's directly connected (wired)
to the 2Wire Home Portal. Another of our users connects with the SpeedStream
and the EXACT SAME NetGear router. So... that leads me to my questions...
Are there any known issues with the 2Wire and NetGear routers? How about
with the 2Wire and Windows XP SP2?

Did you check with your "successful" users to see if they have configured
the router to allow remote access? I'd bet this is the difference between
them and the single user whose system won't connect.
