SBA supported but disabled on Asus A7N8X

I changed Motherboard from VIA KT400 MSI

to

ASUS A7N8X ( btw. good board )

On VIA KT 400 Sideband and Fast Write were supported and enabled ( Asus
FX5900 / Driver nVidia 53.03 )

Now, - on the new Asus Mainboard Sideband is supported but disabled - shown
in AIDA32 and some other tools.

Someone know why it is supported but disabled.

I´m not interested in to get two or three fps more - only to know why and is
SBA also on other A7N8X supported but disabled or is it only on mine?
