Savings photos to CD?

I've been down loading all my photos into folders on the hard disc, but would also like to store them to CD for security.

Some of the folders are complete, ie 'Holiday Summer 07' - so once burnt I don't need to add. But others I need to be able to add to, on a continual basis.

Sorry, standard one education to some of you guys, but what sort of CD do I need?

Many thanks.

You can use an ordinary CD-R and still copy files to it on a continual basis, but you won't be able to delete the files at all. A CD-RW lets you rename, delete etc.. which you can't do with a CD-R.

So the answer is either will do ;) If you will be changing things frequently, I'd suggest buying a couple of CD-RW's so you can have more control over the content.
