SAving

When I save an image from the internet, it says that it's
a jpeg but when I try to save it, it always saves as a
bitmap, why is this?

Hi

Try clearing out your Temporary Internet Files folder via Internet Explorer.

At the bottom of the "Save as" window scroll to .jpeg
