Help!

I recently had to reformat my hard drive. I reloaded all of the original
software and all of the updates. I also re-installed my XP SP2. When I right
click on a picture to save in my pictures it will only save as an art file or
Bitmap. What setting do I need to change to get them saved as a jpeg? I don't
recall having to do anything before to save them as a jpeg but now jpeg is
not even listed as a file type option.

Right click on a picture to save from where?
What graphics application if any do you have installed? You should be able to open
the graphic in that app and convert it/save as .jpg.

If you don't have a graphics app, try the free Irfanview:
http://www.irfanview.com/
I also suggest to download the plug-ins for other support.
