Saving Worksheet as another application

How can I save a worksheet as MS Word. The party I need to
e-mail does not have Excel, and can not open the file.
I need to save it in order to attach to an e-mail

Select all cells. Hit Copy. Go to Word, paste. It should provide in a
similar layout.

I'm not sure that you can do it properly without all sorts of formatting
problems etc, but if it is possible someone will no doubt let you know!
One way round it is to download the MS Excel Viewer which will allow a
person without the actual program to view it, albeit with no calculation etc
facilities.
I think this may well satisfy your needs if you include the link with an
explanation in your e-mail.

Other than the options given you can also save it as a .htm file and they can
then look at it in a web browser.
