Saving Word 2007 documents into other formats

I am using MS Office Word 2007 and have trouble saving Word documents in
either .txt, .xml or .rtf format. In the Save As function I do not see these
options appearing.
I have read Graham Mayor's reply (sent in 2006) on this forum but I believe
the solution does only apply to Word 2003 and does not apply to Word 2007.
Can anyone provide me with some feedback? Thanks.

The "Save as type" list in my copy of Word 2007 lists all the file formats
you mention.
