saving taskbar settings

How do I have windows save my taskbar setttings so that
next time I log on, they are the same. Specifically, I
enlarged the bottom taskbar vertically by one column, so
I can fit more applications that I can see, yet when I
log-off, it is back to 1 rows width, instead of the two
that I would prefer. Anyhelp would be greatly
appreciated.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
