Saving Sent message to folder it was sent from

Is there a way to set rule for each personal folder that anything sent from
folderX is saved to folderX? (I have 10 client folders for which each would
have their own rule if the means exists.)
I'm wanting to eliminate Step 4 of what I am doing now:

1. Email Draft exist in Client Drafts folder
2. Open Client Drafts folder
- use Ctrl + drag Email Draft to Client Daily Status folder
3. Open Client Daily Status folder
- open Email Draft (Copy)
- modify Subject and Body texts for current day
4. While Email Draft (Copy) is open
- on email tool bar click View, then Options
- under Delivery Options
- ensure check exists for Save Sent message
- click Browse
- select folder Client Daily Status and click OK
- click Close
5. Click Send
6. See Sent email saved to Client Daily Status Folder
