Saving records to a form

I have a rather large db that I am new user to. This is weird , for some
reason when I am entering records into a form, that form is updates all of
the tables just fine. When I close out the database or change to work with a
2nd database, the new records I just inputted are not in the form but in the
tables. What am doing wrong?

To ask that same question in a different way.

When you go to that form, do you see ANY records, or only the records
that you add as you add them?
