new record in table not seen in corresponding form

I have added new records to my existing database table in the past. For some
reason the latest addition is not being found by the form I have set up to
view that table. I entered a new record in our property listing "Homeowner
Table" because it was just built. When I went to confirm it could be seen in
the "Homeowners Form" I could not find the record.

What am I doing wrong?

The record is saved. I have even rebooted both the application and the
computer. I can still only see the new record in the table, not the form.

What is the Record Source for your Form? Do you have some filter
applied to the form?

I can't think of anything else to have you check. I don't know if this group
accepts attachments or not, but if it does can you upload a zipped sample
database with the form and table? Be sure to remove any sensitive data.

If you can't upload attachments here, I invite you to join my Yahoo group
(link in my signature), and upload a sample at the website. Don't attach it
to an email as we do not accept attachments there.

I don't see a way of uploading files with this interface. How can I include
a zipped sample database file without using an attachment? -Tarah

I already have a yahoo account, so the process was quick. Look for messages
