when i save pictures off the internet the only option it gives me in the "save as type" box is bitmap.how can i change the settings or options to save as jpeg?im using windows xp home.
Did you get any replies to your question? I'm having the same problem -- suddenly my Windows XP computer wants to save Internet photos with BMP (Bitmap) extensions. Previously it had saved photos with JPEG extensions
