Recently had a person ask me to help with saving pictures imbedded in an
email received in their Outlook Express. When right clicking picture "Save
As" (placed on Desktop) the file was saved without a file extension! Yet the
Save As dialogue box quite clearly showed that the picture was to be saved
with a .jpeg file extension.
Having spoken to another person I was told that they have had a similar
problem when "Saving Attachments" through Outlook Express and the first of a
number of pictures is saved without the file extension although the rest of
the pictures are ok?
