saving pict

when i go to download a picture windows pop-up came up on left side showing
icons so icould download and save to my pict, it doesn't come up anymore so i
have to right click and save, how to get it back

IE 7 has a "Popup Blocker" on the Tools menu.

Did you upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? That feature has been declared
obsolete and was removed from IE7.
