How do I change it from bitmap back to jpeg it just
started do it the other day now it will only save as
bitmaps

Hi Marc,

Try emptying the C:\WINDOWS\ Temporary Internet Files folder.
Open IE / TOOLS / INTERNET OPTIONS / TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES / DELETE FILES
and enable "Delete all offline content / OK / OK.
This should allow you to save pictures as jpeg's.
