saving jpegs from web problem

Does anyone have an answer to my problem. For some reason
I am no longer able to a) save jpegs from the web. The
only option I have is to save as 'bmp'. b) I can no
longer drag jpegs from the web onto my desktop. I have
tried running system restore to when I *was* able to do
this, but this hasn't worked.

Hi,

Usually caused by a full TIF folder. Go to the control panel/internet
options/general tab, click on "delete files".

Thanks for your reply.
This worked although I really don't see how this explains
the problem. BTW, sent a message to your own acc, but
just in case it's a dummy acc I've sent this email too.
Sorry if there's a problem w/this.
