Saving Internet photos as JPEG's

At one time I was able to click on any internet page and
right click a photo and save as a JPEG... now I am only
able to save pictures as Bitmaps unless I choose
the "Save Target As" option. I kinda got used to just
clicking the "Save As". Any ideas on how to get my
computer to do that once again. I did a system restore
which did not help.
