saving inf files

Hi,

This may be a really stupid question but it's late and I'm tired and can't
think. I need to manually save an embedded inf file from a pdf file to my PC
so that I can get my Novatel Merlin u630 working. When I right click on th
einf file and select 'save embedded object' adobe says 'your security
settings do not allow you to save this file'. Which settings must I change?

Any and all assistance appreciated.

You probably do not have write or modify permissions to the file or folder
that you are trying to change. See the link below on how to change NTFS
permissions in XP. --- Steve
