Saving images in bmp. formate only...

I'm only able to save images on IE as bmp. and it's really annoying. I tried installing some image programs, but I'm only allowed to save images as bmp. still. I can save images in their original formate on AIM or anything thing else, but IE. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

That happens when the Temporary Internet Files are too full. In IE click
Tools | Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet
files section of the General tab. On the next window place a check mark in
the box to Delete all offline content.
