Saving/Exporting Security + Other Settings in IE

Internet Explorer 6 SP1 is working perfectly right now after having
experimented quite a lot with security and other settings on it. Also, my
CleanCache utility has been configured to delete all unwanted cookies,
saving only the ones I need.

Is there a way to export/save the current settings in IE in any way? I do
regular back up of my system as well as all work documents and files,
including IE permitted cookies and bookmarks.

I would also like to be able to apply the current settings on this machine
when I put together the next computer.
