Hi,
I have two computers that have over a thousand emails on each (outlook
2003). I would like a copy of everything on each one to be synchronized with
the other. I have got some syncing software that I am sure will be great but
in the meantime I need to clear both Outlook's of their emails. The only
problem is that I would like to be able to view the old emails easily if I
want to look back at them for any reason.

Is there an easy way of archiving emails on both computers that can be
easily viewed again without re-installing them all back into their outlook
folders?

simply archive, the archive can be opened within outlook just like any
outlook data file
you could of course simply create a new data file and set that as the
default msg store

simply archive - that is what I will do. Thanks
