Saving email addresses in To: field

OL 2002 SP3, Win XP HE

Hi, I have received an email from a friend with MANY email addresses in the
"To:" field.
I wd like to save those email addresses but do not know HOW to do it
automatically-- as opposed to copy and paste each one, a tedious work.

The only way in Outlook is to open the message, right-click each address,
and choose Add to Contacts.
