saving email addresses from incoming Outlook mail

I have recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook (XP). I am trying to
figure out how to set up Outlook so that it automatically saves incoming
email addresses for me so that I don't have to manually add new contacts to
my contact list. I used to have this capability with Outlook Express and
really miss it.

Right click on the address and select "add to contacts."

Outlook Express does not and never had the ability to add addresses from
incoming messages. This would cause it to add all of the SPAMmer addresses
you receive to the contacts list. It does, however, have the ability to add
to the contacts list the addresses of people to whom you reply.
