saving e-mail and password

i cannot save my e-mail address and password in explorer or in another places
where you have the choice. Any suggestions?
 
You mean Internet Explorer.
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Autocomplete button > Tick the box
"Prompt me to ..."

It is not good and not secured, a very great tool is Roboform Toolbar. You can
configure it as you wish or leave it as it is just click Save after entering the
Email and password, the next time the fill and submit will be One Click away.
