Saving Checkboxes in HTML format

I am trying to create a checkbox in a form and have
succeeded in doing so. But when I save the document into
html format, the checkbox disappears. Please advise me if
there is anyway to accomplish what I am trying to do.

Hi Tara

To survive in HTML, you have to use the checkbox on the Control Toolbox toolbar, and not the checkbox on the Forms toolbar.

Which ones are you using?
