Saving chart color schemes in Powerpoint 2000 custom templates

I've made a custom template in Powerpoint 2000 with a slide master and title
slide that incorporates my companies logo etc, background, font, etc, etc.

What I now want to do is to set the color defaults for charts, so that when
my users add a new chart to a slide, the chart fill colours automatically use
my companies standard color scheme. I can't seem to get the template to
store the color scheme, so any help to do this would be most appreciated!!!

Set the fills and accent colors in "Color Schemes" to
your desired colors. You can find instructions under
color schemes under Microsoft PowerPoint Help.
