Saving as jpg

Hi, Not sure if I'm in the right section, but hopefully
someone can help.

Recently, something changed on my system, and now
pictures downloaded off the net can only be saved as .bmp
images, and I can't figure out how to make the default
setting .jpg. In fact, there's not even a .jpg option.

If anyone can give me a tip, I'd really appreciate it.

It's time to perform some Spring Cleaning:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
