Saving and Excel sheet in a format such as JPG

I would like to save an excel sheet in a format such as JPG or something like
that - for the reason of emailing invoices. I have tried cutting and pasing
from Excel to Publisher, but I would think there would be an easier thing to
do. Any idea?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Select your range
shift-edit|Copy Picture

Then try pasting into Publisher.

If that doesn't work, you could paste into Paint, save as .jpg and then import
into Publisher (maybe???, I don't use Publisher).

Jeremy,

I found this by accident.

Try copying and pasting your spreadsheet (cells only, not the worksheet)
into a new email within Lotus Notes (I have v5) . Notes pastes the file into
the body of the email as a jpg, then you can cut it from the email and paste
it into any other doc as a jpg.

Works for me.

Cheers,
Rusty
