Saving a web to CD

I created a web and am trying to save it to a cd. what
exactly should I be saving? I'm am so sorry for this lame
question, but I really can't figure it out and have
searched the knowledge base and help files. saving the
folder (web13, etc.) doesn't seem to work...thanks for
your help.
