Saving a movie then pub. to Web using FrontPage 2000

I'd like to have the smallest movie file size with the
best quality. Then I need to save the movie file to my
hard drive and publish it on the Web using FrontPage 2000.
Can anyone help?
 
I have a set of sample clips at various quality/file size settings on the
Saving Movies > Sample Video Clips page of www.papajohn.org

The samples might help you determine what is appropriate for your situation.

One of my rules of thumb is to use about 2 MB of file size per minute for a
decent playback experience.
