Savig Target As

I save (some) e-mails from my yahoo mail to my hard drive
by right clicking and chosing the option "Save Target
As" - it works well, except - all of a sudden that option
is greyed out and no longer available - what happened and
how do I repair it?
Can anyone help me? Pretty please.............
