Saved website passwords

Where are website passwords stored in a computer? I know
how to clear them in IE settings but I need to export
them from one computer to another. Can anyone help?

Rather than trying to export/import that information (maybe possible, but
probably a fair amount of work) use this free program to extract the
information:
