Saved From Mail folder

Windows XP takes any photos or graphics from email and automatically stores
them in my Pictures folder, in a sub folder "Saved From Mail." I've deleted
the folder but it gets re-created automatically each time I view a photo, or
someone has an icon of any sort in their email. Question: How do I turn
off this feature?!
 
I do not believe XP is doing this. What E-mail software are you using?
