saved exports in 2007

George Applegate

I have a saved export on a PC in access 2007. I want to copy that
saved export to another PC. Where is the saved export information
stored (not the data file, the export information itsefl).

Thanks,
ga

George,

In 2007 that's hard to find but if you have saved the specs what you can do
(that's the way I always go about it) is in the second step of the wizard I
choose [advanced] on the left bottom side. Then in the next dialog I choose
[save as] and proceed with the step that need to be taken.

Next time I need the saved steps I import the file again and go straight to
the advanced button on page two and choose [specs] in that dialog. There you
will see all the saved import specifications you've made earlier.
