Easy question - ive forgotten how to save an excel document where i only saves values and not formula's

(Click on the first worksheet tab and ctrl click on subsequent) Ctrl-A (twice with xl2003) to select all the cells rightclick on the selection copy paste special|Values select A1 (or not) ungroup the sheets Save the file once more.
