Save the default master

I have received some company presentations and would like to save the master
slide for my new presentation use. Can someone advise me how to remove all
slides and retain the master only for new presentation or save the master
for future use. I am using MS Office 2003 & 2007.

You can delete the slides (which is optional), then click File > Save As.
Under save as type, click on the dropdown, look for Design Template (*.pot).
Give it a name and click Save.
