Save settings and restart

Hello:

Got my 10th WIN XP but this ones does something weird.

When it restart a window opens (My computer) the window opens by itself.

The save settings on logoff in folders is off !!!

ANy sugestion is annoying

Try turing the save settings on loggof back on and
reboot. (Make sure all explorer windows are closed
first) If My Computer does not open then turn it back
off.

If that doesn't work then I can't help
