Save/Open Prompt

Hello,
I would like to be able to place shortcuts in the side bar of the save and
open prompt. (This is where the My Docs, My Computer, My Network Places, and
My Recent Documents shortcuts are). Please Help Me! Is there a way to do
this? How?
