Save my password option

Hello,

I'am connecting to Instant Messaging using Windows
Messenger 5.0 and SIP Communication Service.

The problem is that each time I launch Messenger, he asks
me for my password. Normally I should find a "Save my
password" option right after the password. But the option
is not here. I think it was here when I first connect with
Messenger but I don't find it nowhere anymore.

Is it possible that some policies or keys in the registry
are blocking this option from appearing in the
authentication window?

What can I do to automatically save my password?

Try opening messenger,tools,options,the box should be
there for that.If not,delete 5.0,and uninstall messenger
in windows components,restart computer,then download
windows messenger 4.7 and reinstall.4.7 has that option
and seems more reliable.
