save import specs to another database

Is it possible to save and use the import specs you
created in one database in another database.
 
Yes, but you can't export them to the other database, you have to import
them.

Open the mdb and choose File, Get External Data, Import; navigate to the mdb
with the spec in it, and then click on Options - you'll see the option to
import the spec.
