save imbedded images

I just got Outllok 2003 and I am trying to save embedded images. In older
versions you could right click > save as and it would save it in it's
original file format. In Outlook 2003 I can only save as a bitmap. This is
useless when trying to save animated gifs. I have looked all over the options
and still cannot get it to work like my previous version (which I am missing
desperately at this point. Any help is sooooo appreciated.

Neo when I open Visual Basic I don't have a blank document to paste the code
into and I can't find where to open one. The right hand screen is not white.
Also, I can't believe you have to go through all that! lol Thanks neo!

Try emtpying your IE temp files cache.

Open Outlook 2003 and select Tools | Macro | Macros. Type in the name of
the macro (SaveAttachment) and select the create button. That should net
you a window that looks similiar to the page. (Just paste what is
in-between the Sub SaveAtttachment/End Sub line.)
