Outlook 2007 - imbedded images not being able to save them

In previous versions of Outlook (prior to 2007) I was able to left click on
an imbedded image in the body of an email and save it on my computer. With
Outlook 2007, I don't even get that option. Is there something I can do to
fix that, or with this new version is that no longer a possibility???
