Save imbedded images in native format (OL2K2)?

I have Outlook 2002 SP1. When people send me attached images imbedded
in the message, I cannot save them to my hard drive in their native
format. The images can be saved, but they always come up in the Save
as... box as "untitled" and the format is always .bmp. What can I do?

Clear your Temporary Internet Files.

If this doesn't work delete broken objects;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab General-> button Settings-> button
View Objects-> delete all objects that are just long numbers.

You might need to reboot after this to get things working.
