Save files with mht extension problem

saved all my files with extension mht (Single file Web page), now I am
trying to access these files but I am getting error message when I open
them,,,,why?

This is the error message :

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for might have been removed or had its name
changed.

I saved heaps of my important data as mht,,now I can not access them!!!

Your problem appears to an issue with your browser. If you're using IE6, you
would be better served by posting your question to a more relevant newsgroup
such as:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser
