Save email addresses to public folder

We have a network public folder for our "firm rolodex". If we can right
click on the address when an email comes in and save it to our personal
contacts folder, how can we make it to default the save to our firm rolodex.

Choose File | Move to Folder instead of Save and Close, when you're ready to save the item.
