.

Create a .PST file ( on hard drive) in outlook and copy
all your inbox emails to the .PST file. This way you can
save your emails on hard drive.

Making a copy of your PST copies everything in all of your folders.

Hello:
I am a novice. How can I create a ".PST" file on my
machine?
Thanks

In outlook if you select FILE and select Data File Management Select Add and
name your .pst file and select OK

In Outlook, click File>New>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File,
depending on your version of Outlook).
