"Save Changes to" window now reads "Guardar Cambios"

I would like to know if someone could tell me if this is
spyware or a virus that does this and how can I fix it.

This can happen if some program inadvertently installs
mfc42loc.dll. Search the harddrive, and if found rename
to mfc42loc.bad.
Reboot and test.
