Save As

One of my co-workers lost her "save as" option on the File
menu. Any suggestions how to retrieve it?
 
Try right-clicking on a toolabr area, selecting "Customize", click the
"Toolbars" TAB, select the "Menu bar", then click the "Reset" button. See
if that does the trick!

Right click on toolbar, click "customize", go to commands tab, category "file", scroll down on right to "save as...", click and drag "save as..." onto the "file" tab at the top of the screen (should open the menu) and just drop the new button into the place you want it.
 
Another possibility is that your computer locked up with Word open and your
global template (normal.dot) is locked or corrupted. Search for the file on
your C: drive, rename it to "normal.old", then open Word and see if that
fixes your problem.
