Save As in Excel - not available

Hi all,

Ever seen a situation where the File - Save as option is
greyed out - yet if you modify your tolbar to include Save
As icon it works and also if you minimuse the file in
question and right click it's header the Save as works
there also?

Does it happen with all your workbooks?

If yes, maybe you can just reset that toolbar.

tools|Customize|toolbars tab
select Worksheet menu bar
click reset

You'll lose any customization done to that toolbar, though.
