Save As Command Not Available

I guess you've accidentally deleted it.

Select Tools > Customize > Commands (tab)
File should be selected by default in the Categories list on the left
Scroll down the list on the right to find Save As
Click and drag it to the File menu
As you hover over File, the popup will expand
Drop Save As where you want it
Close the Customize dialog and you're done.

Enjoy,
Tony

Tried to save a document under a different name using File, Save As. Save As
command was not available on File menu. I can only save, not save as.

Missing Save As can also indicate the presence of a virus. If Tony's
solution doesn't bring it back, update your a/v software and start scanning.

Right. But, if it's missing because of virus, then it's important to
discover that fact to prevent files from being damage/destroyed. Generally
speaking, when Save As is missing due to a virus, F12 will not work either.
